My interest in food began at a young
age.
Some of my earliest memories are of dragging a chair over to the work
surface and uttering the words every parent dreads 'Can I help?'
When most students were knocking back as many snakebites as is humanly
possible at the union bar happy hour I was in my flat perfecting my
chocolate fondue!
Since finishing my post grad in Hospitality Management back in 1990 I have been cooking for a living. For eleven years I managed The Queen Street Cafe in the Scottish National Portrait Gallery where I cooked, baked and trained everyone else to do the same. For years I organised upmarket events, I've done everything from canapes for 600 to weddings for 250 and now I'm thinking small. Faking it has been going for over five years and I'm constantly expanding my range. Now I'm here to help you in your hour of need, it's your lucky day!
