Ice creams and sorbets

Buying home made ice cream or sorbet might seem like a huge extravagance but once you've tasted it, shop bought will never be the same again. It's good to have one tucked away at the back of the freezer for those moments when only ice cream will help.

Ice creams and sorbets are sold in 650ml tubs which give around 8 portions of ice cream (one if you're having a really bad day!). Ice cream can be served as an accompaniment to another pudding or served on its own with cantuccini or ricciarelli which you will find in the homebaking section

Real vanilla ice cream C, N
