There is a minimum order of two portions on all main course dishes.
You may wish to choose one or two side dishes to accompany your main course from
a bit on the side, and I will be happy to advise what would go best.

This is a delicious rich and spicy dish for lamb lovers.

This is a wonderful Persian stew with julienne of carrot and succulent pieces of orange.
The dish is strewn with mint leaves, caramelised orange peel and pistachio nuts.

The lamb is cooked with aubergines, peppers and black olives and flavoured with homemade pesto.

Breast of chicken marinaded in yoghurt scented with cinnamon. The plum sauce is sharp and tangy for an all round taste sensation.

This is a wondefuly simple yet flavoursome dish. There is no need for a side dish as everything you could possibly need is thrown in already! The fresh flavours are best enjoyed in spring or summer but it is available all year.

Salmon fillet topped with creamy garlic mushrooms, wrapped in pancetta then sealed in a puff pastry parcel.

Fillet of tuna in North African spiced chermoula marinade topped with muhamara (a roast red pepper and walnut sauce).

  Marmalade and soy duck breast with Chinese mushroom, vegetable and noodle broth D, N
The marinaded duck breast melts in the mouth and provides a wonderful contrast to the light herby broth with udon noodles.

No side dishes are required to accompany this dish as noodles and vegetables are included in the broth.

Goat's cheese and pesto parcels V
These pretty puff pasty parcels are filled with strong and creamy French goat's cheese and homemade, basil or sun blush tomato pesto. You don't need to be vegetarian to enjoy this one!

Two red peppers filled with ricotta, basil, flat leaf parsley and caramelised shallot with hints of lemon and garlic and topped with a honey-sweetened black olive dressing.

Slices of aubergine baked in olive oil are layered with rich tomato and basil sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. Great comfort food all year round.

Spicy aubergine bake V, C, N
The aubergine is marinaded in vinegar before it is cooked to give it a sharp and tangy edge. The aubergines are then layered with a chilli tomato sauce, blobs of creamy yoghurt and feta cheese. I always use Greek sheeps' milk feta which has lots of flavour.

Roast vegetables with labneh, zurg and muhamara V
This dish sounds very exotic with flavours that live up to the names.
Roast Mediterranean vegetables are topped with blobs of labneh (a type of middle eastern cream cheese infused with garlic) and zurg (a hot and spicy sauce from the Yemen made from chillies, cardamom and lime) and served with muhamara (a roast red pepper and walnut sauce) on the side.

This ia a great combination of earthy root vegetable rosti, sweet and creamy sweet potato and salty haloumi cheese.
