Festive Menu I:

Starter

Roast squash tartlet with spinach and Gorgonzola
A rich pastry oozing with flavours and melting chunks of creamy Gorgonzola.

Main course

Spiced Georgian lamb and plum stew with herbs and walnuts served with red cabbage with cranberries and Dauphinoise potatoes
A wonderfully rich stew full of exciting flavours and textures with a bit of a chilli kick, Must be tried! The cabbage is a perfect accompaniment to the stew with flavours which easily stand up to it. The creaminess of the potato sets the meal off perfectly.

Pudding

Christmas bread and butter pudding
This delicious pudding is made from brioche and full of seasonal fruits and spices. A firm favourite with all my Christmas guests.

Festive Menu 2:

Starter

Onion and cider soup with Camembert toasts
A sweet and very tasty onion soup with a hint of cider which makes it very festive.

Main course

Russian smoked fish pie with cream cheese pastry, roast potatoes and herby roast carrots
This is possibly the best fish pie you'll ever taste. A layer of rice is topped with a creamy mix of smoked salmon and smoked haddock then finished with a rich and short pastry. The potatoes are crisp and tasty and a welcome addition to any festive menu.

Pudding

Pecan, pear and cranberry upside-down cake
A lemon and polenta cake topped with caramelised pears, cranberries and pecans.

Festive Menu 3:

Starter

Roast squash and brown lentil salad with goat's cheese
The sweet squash, earthy lentils and ripe chunks of goat's cheese are just perfect together.

Main course

Beef Wellington with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and almonds
Treat your guests to prime fillet of beef seared and smothered with a duxelle of mushrooms then wrapped in puff pastry served with rich and creamy dauphinoise potatoes and green beans and almond to give colour and a fresh tuch to the meal.

Pudding

Hazelnut meringue with raspberries
The hazelnut meringue is crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle with a wonderful flavour of toasted hazelnuts. The meringue is filled with creme fraiche and raspberries.
