Guidelines.
When deciding on how many canapes you need follow these simple rules and you won't end up with enough to feed an army.

For pre dinner nibbles 2 - 4 per head depending on how late you plan to serve dinner. Remember you don't want to fill them up: always leave them wanting more!

For a party or reception lasting one hour then 4 - 6 items per head will be ample. For a party or reception lasting two hours 6- 8 items will see you through. For a party or reception lasting three to four hours then you will need about 8 - 12 items per head.

Of course you know your guests better than I do. If you are entertaining a team of rugby players they are going to eat a lot more than your elderly relatives. I am happy to chat and give you advice if you're still not sure. I would recommend you choose a maximum of six different canapes; you don't want your guests to start feeling queasy from mixing too many flavours.

There is a minimum order number of
24 pieces on each canape item.

Some canapes will require some last minute assembly but dont worry, all food comes so you with a
cheat sheet to guide you through.

Look out for the following symbols to help you make your selection:
